The Parts of Tuna

During Tuna Weekend, you can taste the most coveted and exclusive parts of tuna such as cheeks, neck, and loins, either in robata or in cold preparations such as Nigiri and Sashimi. This exquisite delicacy promises a unique Japanese fine dining experience in Cancun.

LIVE TUNA SNORING

The art of tuna snoring consists of masterfully cutting the fish and stripping it mainly of its tail, head, and loins. They call it snoring because, during the cutting process, the knife drags down the animal's spine and produces a sound very similar to snoring

MILLENNIAL TRADITION

Snoring consists of a manual skill with centuries of history. On this occasion, you will be able to witness it from the hand of Chef Osamu Deai, originally from Kanazawa, Japan. His passion for gastronomy was born in Japan before traveling to various parts of the world, then assuming the leadership of Asian kitchens at Grupo RosaNegra.
